All our alarms can be managed on your smartphone

When we install an intruder alarm, we will download an app onto your phone. By using the app, you can monitor your alarm at any time. If you forget to activate your alarm before you go out, then you can do it from your phone.

If your alarm goes off while you are away from your property, then you will receive a call or text message that will alert you straight away. Don’t worry, we will show you how the app works before we leave.

All new installs with Texecom alarms come with the 1st year service package which will also include monthly online diagnostic checks through Texecom cloud (providing Texecom Connect is installed & an internet connection is available).

The year after the bronze service package will cost £80.
